FUT Minna, established in 1983, with the objective of giving effect to Nigeria’s drive for self-reliance in science, engineering and technology. It has seven Schools (faculties); a Postgraduate School; and three research centres including Centre for Human Settlements and Urban Development.
Its vision is to become a world class and Nigeria’s leading university recognized for excellence in capacity building and service delivery; and its mission is to train skilled and innovative work force to transform Nigeria’s natural resources into goods and services, driven by entrepreneurship and ICT, to positively affect the economy and the quality of life of Nigerians.
