The School of Architecture is part of the Faculty of Architecture and Design. It is a young school, but it has focused its aims in understanding architecture as part of a broader continuum which includes the quality of object design on the lower part of the spectrum and the complexities of the urban environment on the other.

We work with our view oriented on looking for solutions to our national problems, but without losing sight of our role in the Latin American context and the world at large.

Since Quito will be the venue for the 2016 UN Habitat Forum, we are ready to collaborate and to act as the base for any alternative working group, related to our areas of expertise.
